most players improved when they got in 3AD including myself. my kills/deaths we're ugly, but playin with the squad and learnin how to prone ;D made me the biggz i am today. don't hate on yourself, if that happens just talk to skye she'll help ya out.

lol I'm stupid. I just watched Miracle. Anyways, you just have to say screw it and just play the game. Cuz it's more fun that way. I think the trick is to change your style as the situation dictates. I love straight up thrash matches and hate hate hate those stinking sniper maps. But I still play them (usually) 'cause you gotta go through hell to enjoy a little heaven.

When I'm getting whacked pretty hard (usually from myself) I tend to back off and work the perimeters more. When the DF Gods smile down on me and I'm able to really thrash it up, I am more of a bull in a china shop then anything else. No one has ever made the mistake of calling my actions "subtle".

So, what you do is let the situation dictate how you play, and then give it your all.

kul mizzou, got a question for u. At my work i can connect to a bunch of other novaworld games, but when i try to connect to kul it just sits there and won't start. Is there something different about kul that would stop me from connecting? If I can't connect, does kul ever let anybody have these maps that i can run at my work? Also, r any of u guys gonna tell me about proning and killin? Congrats halfback and etewah!!!

since no one else will answer you.....well what i think they're talking about is prone jumping and shooting at the same time that way you are harder to hit and can stilll kill them...you do this by basically pressing the jump and crouch button one after the other...and you can fire at the same time that your doing this...

Yeah, when you prone jump, it makes you harder to hit and therefore harder to kill. For some people who prone jump, it makes their aim off when they do it (OldSchool ) j/k (he probably won't read it anyway)
Biggz is probably the best at prone jumpin' in 3AD; and if you do want to prone jump, you may want to change your settings so it's easier to do

And about Cool's maps...I highly doubt he'd give 'em to ya, he'd sell them though...On Ebay...Good luck [/b]

Thanks for the compliment Ben. I think you're improving daily as we all do with practice and more experience.

As for late night spankings I do think that some players cheat. Especially so when there are no KULers or 3ADers in the room. I've mentioned it b4 that CB should be enforced but gotten the reply "it shouldn't be necessary", which is true but still it's annoying playing the occassional loser who has to cheat.

In regards to Dirk, I haven't seen him do it. So benefit of the doubt, etc. CEA seemed really fast and seemed to know where I was all the time. But I've no proof. Just put on the kevlar and keep reloading.

I had the same problem with Skye when I first started. Always spanking me. Now it's G-hawk. Excellent player. Since I moved to a cable connection it's much better. I had a lousy netzero connection b4. LOL

Every1 has their ups & downs. Keep your eyes open and adapt. My brother thorax was just saying the other day that Skye has got him figured out. You can't do the same thing all time. Old habits die hard.
