I would have to say some of the best I've seen include:
Saving Private Ryan
Band of Brothers
Croupier
Swingers
Rushmore
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
to name a few.

Saving Pvt Ryan was pretty good. I'll pretty much watch any movie as long as there is some action in it, or if it is really funny (can't wait for wedding crashers lmao)
